The rules :-
1. Don't ask any personal information about other members.
2. Don't be rude. Please respects others.
3. No double posting. Don't flood people's message.
4. Don't say bad words.
5. Don't send PM or e-mail just for fun or etc. As you already know, it's a section for members who looking for a penpals. So, make this section as penpals section. If I catched you abusing other members, I won't give you another second chance.

Please keep them clean~!
